By accessing or using 365 Days Anchored ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

365 Days Anchored provides a 365-day devotional book and companion digital services including:

• Physical and digital book purchases
• Member community access
• Digital journaling tools
• Daily devotion content

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Purchases and Payments

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Membership fees are non-refundable for partial months.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 365 Days Anchored and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

User Content

When you post content to the community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

You are responsible for the content you post and must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Community Guidelines

When participating in community features, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and kindness
• Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Not share personal information of others without consent
• Not engage in harassment or bullying
• Report violations to our moderation team

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 365 Days Anchored, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
